Why am I missing video from my Sharx camera? I see only snapshot frames.

The SD Card on your Sharx camera may need to be reformatted.

If the status of your SD Card is Not ready, then it's likely that the SD Card needs to be reformatted by pressing the Format button on the Format SD Card menu option:

As background, the camera records video to its SD Card and then uploads it to camio.com. So if the SD Card is "Not ready", then the video cannot be stored on its way to being uploaded. The symptom of that is that you see only the JPEG snapshots without the encoded video too.
