How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Please create a new account using your preferred email address.

  1. Sign out of your current account that has the old email address.
  2. Sign up for a new account with your new email address.

If you've paid for a subscription using the old email address, then contact support@camio.com to have the credit on your old account transferred to your new account.

Camio doesn't enable merging accounts or changing ownership of accounts, because the security safeguards required to prove identity and ownership would require too much information disclosure for a complicated verification.
