I can't access the Camio app for iOS - it just shows a spinner

The Camio app version 3.12 and earlier has a bug that doesn't show you the Sign In screen even when your prior sign-in as expired after it's 1 year old. This bug will be fixed in the next release.

After support@camio.com confirms that an expired sign-in is the cause of your iOS app problem, please perform the following steps to renew your sign-in:

  1. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon in lower right) and scroll to the bottom.
  2. Click the Sign Out button (red text)
  3. Sign In again
