If your Box is online, then you can configure the secondary NIC via your browser.
You need to know the interface_name of the target secondary NIC. If you don't know the interface_name, then you can look it up using this utility (https://camio.com/tools/boxes/utils/?device_id=&script_id=all_nics)
interface_name
Architecture |
Primary |
Secondary |
Camio Box 1130A | eth0 | eth1 (requires separate USB network adapter) |
Camio Box 1510A | eno1 | enp2s0 |
Camio Box 1530A |
enp0s31f6 |
enp3s0 |
Camio Box 17xxR | eno1 | eno2 |
VMware ESXi | ens160 | ens192 |
Oracle VirtualBox | enp0s3 | enp0s8 |
For example, the secondary NIC of the Camio Box 1510A is enp2s0, so configure it using the link:
https://camio.com/tools/boxes/nics/?interface_name=enp2s0
You'll need to know this information for the secondary NIC:
- ip_address
- network mask
The device_id is obtained from your Support page.
If the Box doesn't have a network connection to reach the Internet, then you can use a USB drive to set its secondary NIC.
