How do I turn alerts on/off?

Ideally, your alerts are controlled by the queries that you've pinned in the search box.  See "How do I get alerts."

To turn alerts on/off across all cameras:

• Open camio.com/settings/notifications.
• Toggle Motion Alerts.

To turn alerts off/on for a specific camera:

• Open camio.com/settings.
• Click on the Camera for which you want to turn alerts off/on.
• Go to General.
• Toggle Send Alerts ON or OFF.
