Firewall Hostnames for Camio Devices

The following outbound network connections are required depending on which software your Camio Box is running. Camio Boxes running Camio Flex and those running Legacy Software have different requirements — use only the section that applies to your installation.

Note: If you are unsure which software your Camio Box is running, you can check the attached label that came with your device. Camio Boxes running Camio Flex will have CamioFlex in the User Agent. If your device is registered, you can also check the User Agent on the support page.

Installation and Updates

These connections are required during initial installation and subsequent software updates. We recommend keeping these rules permanently enabled rather than opening them only on demand, so that routine security patches and container image updates can be applied without requiring firewall changes each time.
