Which video codecs are supported?

H.264 and MPEG4 video encoding codecs are supported. Other codecs like H.265, HEVC, MJPEG do not provide the required motion information. See more on compatible video streams.

The stream stats of your Boxes page will show a warning in red:

And when you expand the stream stats, the unsupported codec is also shown in red:
