My video streams don't work even though my configuration is confirmed correct. What now?

We've encountered a rare case in which the default preference for connecting via TCP created problems for a network that performed better when streaming via UDP.

If you've already verified that your the username, password, and RTSP configuration are correct, then as a last resort, try changing the Transport value to Do NOT prefer TCP on your Boxes page:
