How do I report specific problems to Camio using examples from an account?

Click on the camera name and timestamp of the first Event in the problematic sequence so that the search box text has the exact reference to the starting point. For example, if the "front entrance" camera had a problem at 12:09am PST, then after clicking on the camera name and timestamp of the Event, the search box text will look like this:

front entrance 2019-01-21T00:09:07.000-0800

Then there are two ways to share with the Camio support team:

  2. Add support@camio.com as a Guest
