How do I lower motion sensitivity?

There is a Box-level setting that controls sensitivity to motion across all streams connected to that Box.

1. Choose the Motion Sensitivity value in the Box settings at https://camio.com/boxes:
   
2. Press the Save button.

The Medium setting is recommended for cameras that otherwise produce false alerts in dark rooms. The night-time video encoding of some cameras may report a lot of false movement, since some encoders get confused by the all-black scene. This lower setting mitigates the problem by requiring that more of the reported movement be validated as visually significant.
