- Have you claimed the Box with the correct MAC address?
- Is your firewall blocking any of the required servers?
Partially blocked
Even if the answer to #1 is YES, the failure to register may be caused by the firewall's blocking of servers other than the one used for the firmware check that's shown when finding a Box. For example, the results shown at https://camio.com/tools/boxes/find/?mac=B0416F040AF6 come from a particular firmware server rather than the main servers used for registration.
