Why won't my Box register itself?

3-step check

  1. Does the Box have a connection to the Internet?
  2. Have you claimed the Box with the correct MAC address?
  3. Is your firewall blocking any of the required servers?

Partially blocked

Even if the answer to #1 is YES, the failure to register may be caused by the firewall's blocking of servers other than the one used for the firmware check that's shown when finding a Box. For example, the results shown at https://camio.com/tools/boxes/find/?mac=B0416F040AF6 come from a particular firmware server rather than the main servers used for registration.
