Automated data warehouse integration with BigQuery and Power BI

Though all data is accessible via dashboards at https://camio.com/dashboard, you may also need the data to integrate with enterprise data warehouses. Camio offers an add-on service that creates a BigQuery dataset unique to your domain, along with permission to execute BigQuery jobs, so that you can automatically extract the data using standard SQL tools.

Please contact us to enable the domain dataset tables with the schema below.

Pre-requisites

Please send the email address of a Google Account you will use to authenticate your Power BI connector. That Google Account will be authorized by the Camio team with the permissions required to connect to BigQuery and synchronize data with Power BI:

  • bigquery.jobs.create
  • bigquery.readsessions.create
  • bigquery.readsessions.getData
  • bigquery.readsessions.update
  • resourcemanager.projects.get

Connecting to BigQuery

Please see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-connect-bigquery

Tables

The dataset tables are prefixed with your domain (e.g. acme.com becomes the prefix acme_com for a table name of acme_com_impinging).

prefix_impinging_rates
prefix_impinging_user_camera_hour
prefix_mask
prefix_impinging_long_no_mask_day
