Camio Box Returns, Exchanges, and RMAs

In the event that a box needs to be shipped to Camio for a return or exchange, the partner or customer must obtain a return material authorization number (RMA Number) from Camio. Please reach out to support@camio.com if you need an RMA Number.

Exchanges

If Partner needs to exchange a Product that is unopened and in its original packaging for a different Product, contact support@camio.com. The original Product must be received by Camio before an exchange Product will be shipped. If the exchange is time sensitive, Partner must purchase the replacement Product and follow the return policy for the original Product.

Returns Disclaimer

Once the returned Product is received and inspected, Camio will send Partner an email to notify Partner that Camio has received the returned Product. Camio will also notify Partner of the approval or rejection of Partner’s request for a refund.

If Partner’s return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Partner’s credit card or original method of payment minus original
shipping costs.
