How do I Manage a Google Group in Camio Visual Agents? – Camio

In order to manage a Google Group in Visual Agents, first verify that your Google Workspace Administrator has connected Camio to your Google Workspace Directory.
Register a Camio Box to the group email so that the Camio creates an account correlated to that Google Group.
Any MANAGER or ADMINISTRATOR or that Google Group can now manage the associated account in Visual Agents. To manage a Google Group in Visual Agents, first click on your email in the right corner of the top navbar. This will open a dropdown with the groups that you have access to. The following pages support group management: Policy, Actions, Integrations, and Results pages.
To hook up the Google Group for analysis via Visual Agents, first follow the steps above to select the group to manage. Navigate to the Integrations page if you are not already there. Confirm that the right corner of the top navbar shows that you are managing the group. The group name will also be displayed in the page title. Add an Integration to the account as usual.
