How do I label events for later review and sharing?

Applying Quick Labels

You can apply a label to any Event in your search results by clicking the "label" icon in the lower right area of the Event tile for Quick Labels, as in this example where we're applying "case52" to the 8:17pm Event:

Those applied labels are then easy to search and assembly into an investigation report with the query "case52" for sharing.

Creating new labels on Events

1. 1. Open your Web Browser to view your cameras at:
      https://camio.com/app
      
      
   2. Click on the desired camera then click the label menu item in the top left menu (highlighted in orange oval below):
      
      
      
   3. Type your custom label and press enter to label the selected event. Then press Save.

To label multiple events:

1. Select the check boxes in the top right of the thumbnail for each event
2. Select label from the menu
3. Type your custom labels, hitting enter for each one, and hit save once all labels are added.
   
   

Labels (such as "case-example") can be searched afterwards and utilized for easy review, or easy sharing amongst colleague. They can be used group events to build cases with unique footage associated to each, without ever having to download, upload, or move data.
